Is Sky a nickname of yours from the past Laughing Bear, and if so, how did you get that name, just wonderin :-) Concerning Widow Bates, I think she on her own is interested in going to court about the disappearance of her husband. I think solid evidence will be hard to come by given the time since the incident and the situation of just a jaw bone being found.
