Looks like assumptions are not unique to Katrina's view of events. Laughing Bear, you suggest ( or are assuming ) that Ronnie Bates, on the day of his dissappearance, was, hiding, on drugs, and may have had heart disease. Solid proof is whats missing with all of this, on both sides. Concerning Gary Roe handing out information to people at DCHS, if there is ( or was ) something illegal about doing this Mike Castro should seek his redress legally, not chase Gary on his motorcycle in a threatening manner or by pulling a gun on him. That is not a reasonable response to his dissatisfaction with Gary's actions. As far as Katrina and what she has put out as information or assumptions here at the forum or elsewhere, I see it as just a case of free speech. If she is doing something illegal I'm sure Mike Castro has the resources to address it legally if he chooses that route, instead of pursueing his own " style " of justice. Mike Castro has the same opportunity and ability to speak out against Katrina here at the forum or anywhere else. It is his choice not to come here and discuss things. Katrina speaks up for her ideas here herself. So far, defensive arguments for Mike Castro have been brought here by others. I believe that the communication of ideas is a very important part of helping to preserve some level of cooperation between various groups or people. We have disagreements here and thats just part of life. If someone is doing something illegal, on either side, a remedy should be pursued legally. Laughing Bear, is there something about Katrina's actions thusfar that you feel has been illegal? I know Mike Castro has been very irritated by Katrina's actions but can you point out things she has done which are actually illegal? The many things Katrina has suggested, or in cases assumed, about Mike Castro are things which if proof could be garnernered and the local officials responded appropriatly, would be considered illegal.
