I would suggest that DCHS is not " Run " by anyone. DCHS is overseen by the USFS and is owned by the American public. Mike Castro does " run " his business on 80 acres he owns. I really doubt that anything said at this forum or at other websites about Mike Castro has realistically put anyone in jeopardy of being prosecuted by Mike Castro for Libal and Slander. People do file frivilous lawsuits which is unfortunate, wrong and costly for the person or persons being targeted. As it says in pink above, the ideas discussed here are " opinions " and simply expressions of free speech. As one of the many people I have talked to that had a " bad experience " with Mike Castro said to me " what Mike did completely changed my view of him ". Those not affected do not always appreciate the experience of others but I do consider thier thoughts and feelings. I also had about a 3 hour talk over two days with Mike Castro about alot of these things to see what he had to say. I personally will continue to listen to all sides to hopefully get a clearer and more objective understanding of all these issues.
