Quoting Katrina: "I would love to talk about fun events and wildflowers instead of this violence."
I guess your love of controversy got the best of you this time.

Hotspringer Craig said: "...I see some people...bitch and complain..."
I'm no Rocket Scientist, but I'm pretty sure one's not needed to evaluatate his statement. In case you didn't figure it out, Hotspringer was no doubt referring to YOU!

Katrina said: "But Deep Creek is surrounded by the darkness of San Bernardino County and its criminality."
Yes. Deep Creek Forum IS surrounded by a cloud of darkness and accusations of criminality. Where's the MODERATOR when you need him?

Katrina said: "Violence begets violence. Criminality begets criminality. Lawlessness encourages more lawlessness."
Can I assume from the posts you've made here, that's the code YOU live by?

Katrina said: "We pay a high price for the privilege in that the hotspringers are subjected to an atmosphere of violence and pain. As long as we pay the toll and are quiet about what goes on there, some of us can enjoy the hotsprings in peace for awhile."
Stop referring to the people who visit the Springs as "we". I pay a perfectly-acceptable 4-bucks and a handfull of calories to hike to the Springs. And knowing my car is in safe hands at the Bowen Ranch gives me real peace of mind. $4 is a pittance - a bargain at twice the price.

No doubt, you will. Be careful your strategy doesn't backfire on you. Some day you'll complain once too many times and YOU'LL be the one being prosecuted, as someone else mentioned in a recent post here.
