Well I really wanted Gary Roe to file a complaint with the sheriff, however, Hotspringer Roe felt that the sheriffs would do nothing as usual. I feel that we need to document these incidents with the sheriff.

I thought LaughingBear's suggestion was an interesting idea, however, Wizard brought up a good point too. Most likely they would both have restraining orders against each other, both would lose their weapons, then only the lawless one would have their weapons. hmmmm.....

Unfortunately, there really is no great solution right now. Law enforcement hasn't done anything about this situation and they really should have a long time ago. Mike Castro is violently aggressive. Hotspringer Roe has a right to go to the hotsprings and will continue going there despite the danger to his life.

I will continue toward the path of the courtroom which I believe will be this year.
