First Hotspringer Roe tried riding his motorcycle hiding it in the bushes. Then Mike Castro lies in wait for him and chases him at high speed causing him to crash and have injuries. Next he tried to drive around on the Powerline Road and park in the public parking area off of JF3. His vehicle was repeatedly vandalized. Then he tries to hike in from his property or receive rides from people and then he is shot at. Right before the shooting incident LaughingBear told Hotspringer Roe that Mike Castro said he was willing to "live and let live".
Hotspringer Roe has done his best to stay far away from Castro. What is Hotspringer Roe supposed to do, never go to the hotsprings because of Mike Castro's violence?
Now you know why I can't go to the hotsprings without fearing for my life.
