One point I would make is, as far as I know, there is no list of members of DCHS INC. The only people I think that could be called members would probably be Katrina and William, perhaps. If certain people show support for a point Katrina is making I would not call them therefor a member of DCHS INC. DCHS INC is an entity created by Katrina. When I discuss points here I am speaking as an individual even though I may show in my discussion that I agree with some other person here at the forum. So with that said to me its pretty clear that Mike Castro found himself in an angry state after seeing Pete with his girlfriend drop off Gary Roe, his arch enemy, at the end of the graded portion of the Bowen Ranch road. I would imagine that once Pete continued on to the ranch that he got ( to say it lightly ) and earful from Mike Castro's. In my discussion with Gary he did make some comments that made me think that he may have tried to attract Mike Castro's attention from afar in a way that might be considered taunting to Mike Castro. However, even if Gary taunted Mike Castro in some manner it would not give Mike Castro a legitimate reason to shoot in Gary Roes direction. From my knowledge of the area I would think that the distance between the two parties was significant and that no serrious threat to Mike Castro was presented by Gary Roe. I would be interested in hearing what Pete has to say and what is the story of this episode as told by Mike Castro. Has he admitted that he shot out toward Gary that day. If there were no other witnesses then it would be easy for him to deny that any of this took place. Gary Roe should seek to file a police report. The police should make a report if requested to my mind. Its the only way to get reasonable documentation which could be shown in a court to support the contention that there is a pattern of aggressive behaviour. Apart from that I would suggest that those that know Mike Castro should share thier ideas with him that peaceful relations for all of us is the reasonable path to follow if he truly cares for DCHS and wants to show all other visitors reasonable consideration for thier rights too. I am not suggesting that any rights be taken away from Mike Castro but that all people should be treated in a fair and decent manner and disagreements should be settled in a lawful way. The wild, wild west show needs to stop so we can all find more peace when we visit DCHS, and peace is what that wonderful place deserves.
