According to my friend hotspringer Roe, Mike Castro was shooting at a rockpile on his neighbors property. According to Katrina's post,the range is about 800 yards. In my mind,there is no excuse for this behavior. However, the law is written the way it is written. I also question why this was not reported to the sherrif's office. As far as not being truthful Rick,what specificaly are you talking about?
How can you say that I am obsessed with defending this behavior when my above posts state clearly that "I do not endorse these actions from the shooter in any way" Once again,I stand by my word. The whole statute makes me feel uneasy with the thought of it. I have known of local incedents where it has been applied in the past. I do not want to see it happen again.
