Who has been aggressively violent?

MIKE CASTRO THAT IS WHO HAS BEEN AGGRESSIVELY VIOLENT toward numerous members of the public including people who support DCHS, Inc. Members of the public have been reporting these violent agressive acts to the appropriate agencies who have the responsibility for public safety in the area. There has never been any report of any person who supports DCHS, Inc. committing any violent act.

Even still, there is no legitimate excuse for Mike Castro to shoot towards a person hiking on public land. No Legitimate excuse whatsoever.

The incident involving the person "One member was arrested for weapons violations
after entering the fire closure a couple of years ago" was initiated by Mike Castro contacting the Forest Service FALSELY REPORTING that someone was intending to violate the Willow Fire Closure. There was a whole dragnet based upon Mike Castro's false report. The truth was that this person went the opposite way to Oak Springs and was on private property when a sheriff helicopter swooped low overhead endangering the residents at Oak Springs. There were adults, children and horses who were frightened and the horses stampeded by this low flying helicopter. The helicopter lost a trim motor and had to abort. Luckily it did not crash and harm people.

The person did have his gun with him and it was loaded which is legal on private land. However, this person was asked to leave the property suddently due to the reckless law enforcement helicopter swooping low over the property. That then placed this person onto public land where it is a violation to have a weapon that is loaded in their vehicle.

Then members of law enforcement detained this person and arrested this person for a weapons violation. The charges were dropped "in the interest of justice" when it was found that a law enforcement officer subsequently altered the original citation by adding a charge to the citation, a misdemeanor violation of penal code section 853.6(j).

If you truly mean what you say, you are defending the wrong person and supporting continued violence in the DCHS area. Wake up and smell the coffee. Look at the evidence. Talk to the victims. If you truly care. Mike Castro has ALWAYS been the violent aggressor. It is he that has created the anguish that you wrongly call a "feud". Hotspringers can not be at peace when they are being shot at, physically and verbally threatened, chased by motorcycle, chased with a gun, falsely arrested, blocked on public roads, beaten to the point of brain damage, etc.

DCHS, Inc. is the advocate of peaceful relations in the area. We can not have peace in the area until the violent individuals are removed and brought to justice.
