Code enforcement gave us all advance warning that they would be visiting on a certain date. One resident decided to make a stand for "medical marijuana" and the result was a raid that resembled a big drug bust at his home that resulted in his arrest.

My former wife and her husband met the officials in their driveway and were treated with respect.They invited the county to look around and the results were no citations whatsoever. Everyone who recieved citations were out of complience with county codes regarding junk cars,garbage,inadequate septic systems, vermin infestation ect..ect....

The county has given us all lots of time to bring our places into complience. Their motives were not to steal our land from us as has been claimed. I find it ironic that Katrina is calling code enforcement after all of her bashing of the department. This government agency is there to protect the public,not to hassle the innocent. Many lethal diseases lurk in untreated human waste and there is a point to be made about the sanitation of the parking area at the Bowen Ranch.

The above post from "Katrina" seems somehow strangely familier. Its probably from some libel defence attorney who needs some work or.....maybe its that unknown spammer who keeps trying to sell me "penis enlargement" via the internet. Whoever it was from,it really made my day!
