Laughingbear, you were not present for the Village Code Enforcement Raid. Therefore, you did not personally experience the violation of civil rights that occurred during the raid. There are two video tapes of the raid and the operation was like a swat team invasion. It was unbelievable!

Since I do not personally have the authority to enforce the law concerning Mike Castro's illegal violent activities, I have reported these activities to the appropriate government authorities. This is what a normal concerned citizen does when they are concerned about the safety of the public. It is ridiculous to then state that I am a government informant.

A government informant has a completely different relationship with these government agencies. They are often protected from the legal repercussions of their illegal actions in exchange for the "valuable" information they provide to these government agencies.

As far as stating that I am on a cross, you have no idea what has happened to my life because of my journey to deep creek. Because of my experiences, I became to realize that in San Bernardino County if a citizen speaks out about their concerns and seeks redress of grievance from the government (which is a constitutionally protected right under the 1st amendment) they become a target for retaliation by these government agencies. Once you speak out, you are a target. At the time you spoke out, you thought you were in the United States where you have constituionally protected rights and protections. But then you find out differently and by that time it is too late. You are a target.

This has happened to numerous citizens in San Bernardino County. So by that time, you are faced with a decision to either accept the retaliation, face false criminal charges, visits from law enforcement, code enforcement, child protective services and animal control at your home, physical threats to your person, verbal threats, tampering with your vehicle, and even death under suspicious circumstances or speak out even more loudly about these injustices.

Jeff Wright spent two years in jail for speaking at public meetings. Geoffrey Hill, Phd. is dead under suspicious circumstances. Darrell and Darlene Malott are dead under suspicious circumstances. These are not the only suspicious deaths. Jeff Wright and Shirley Goodwin are being prosecuted for two years (so far) for false criminal charges. Clark Cavanaugh is being prosecuted for false criminal charges of extortion. David and Anne Marie Child are being prosecuted for false criminal charges of filing a false police report. Mike and Christy's vehicle was tampered with when several lug nuts were loosened. Bob Nelson was sentenced to jail for speaking at public meetings. John Emory Jones (78 years old) was incarcerated for one year because he was insisting on receiving public documents at the courthouse.

So LaughingBear my journey to deep creek became truly a journey.
