Mike Castro is a private landowner, he has no rights to the lands surrounding his property or to the numerous open public access routes. DCHS, USFS lands and the BLM lands surrounding the Bowen Ranch belong to the public and are governed by the appropriate laws, not Mike Castro's law. We all need to by watchful and communicate information about aggresive, violent actions or vandalism that occurs in the vicinity of the Bowen Ranch. We as the DCHS community need to treat eachother with respect and watch out also for the well being of our other DCHS friends. If someone see's, or has information of criminal or violent activity it is important to convey that information at the least as a post of information at this forum and hopefully a report can also be made of the incident. Those of us that are regular DCHS visitors are in the best position to hear or see something that may be helpful in seeking to curtail the negative deeds that have occurred around the Bowen Ranch. Video or picture documention of such deeds would be very helpful.
