As I said on this forum many times before, the burden of proof falls on Gail Fry,....... where's she been little Ricky?! Where's the beef?! She continues to claim the Ranch and structure is hers!! But where was she when the lease was taken over from Fred Moss years ago? No where in sight. Where was she when the Bowen Ranch was in the process of being cleaned up of its trash and litter over the many years of when the druggies had the place? No where in sight,.... and now all of a sudden she wants it and crys about it. The Moss Mill got bull dozed down where Gail and Wm illegally hung out. The BLM wanted Wm Schwiess out of there because he never did any gold mining there. It was time for him to leave and was considered a land squatter. So now they put claims to Bowen Ranch to start the squatting process all over again.

Niether Wm Schwiess or Gail Fry deserve Bowen Ranch. Niether of them had financial interest in the place in the last 10 +plus years or so, except one person,....... it was Mike Castro, he had sole interest and he took care of matters in a very professional way,...... legally.

There's no responsible message that either you or Gail Fry give out to the public regarding Deep Creek Hot Springs. You and Gail are complete failures!!
