Sam D.,
I don't think there's a need for a full bag of cement to make the repair to the pool. A small bag of cement weighs 60 pounds and that would probably be too much for a simple repair and really a heavy amount to haul down to the springs besides. If you feel like packing in say, 10 lbs. go for it.
Without knowing the extent of the damage to the pool, it's a little difficult to figure just how much cement it will take for the repair.
I am planning to bring in some special high tech cement that cures rapidly while it is wet. We could use that stuff for the primary fix and then use the cement you plan to bring in as a reinforcement or say backup.
Other important items to have when working with cement are a pair of rubber playtex gloves, a plastic bucket and a brush, ..... I have those items and will bring them with me.
There should be a few of us there working on it well before 9:45 AM though, so you may be a bit on the late side. Hope to meet ya down there anyways and thanks for offering some assistance.
