Mike Castro can always sue me and/or DCHS, Inc. if what I state isn't true. I always knew that he would not because what I have stated is true and then I would also be able to request discovery of additional documents and depose him and the other people involved in this ongoing crime spree.

Laughing Bear asks who was the unnamed person at the Friends of Deep Creek incorporator's meeting. Ask AZ Mike, he was the person who wrote the minutes to the incorporator's meeting. AZ Mike did not name the person. Mike Castro's statements and intent expressed at the time was for the Friends of Deep Creek to run the Bowen Ranch and pay the rent. Notice that Mike Castro knew that Fred Moss did not own the buildings and if the Friends of Deep Creek were not suppressed, the Friends of Deep Creek were intending to purchase the buildings from the true owners just like DCHS, Inc. did years later.

It wasn't until Mike Castro took over the Bowen Ranch that he showed his true colors. Prior to taking over the Bowen Ranch, Mike Castro represented that he was in favor of public access and not forcing the public to pay tolls. After he took over, the criminality started first with the incident at El Mirage Lake and other crimes and then the Rock Blockade. The people involved in the El Mirage Incident were sure that they had become involved with at least two attempted murders or at the worst actual murders and then became afraid of Mike Castro and afraid to say anything. Then Mike Castro had them under his control and direction. Then the violent confrontations occurred over Moss Mill Road.
