All this over Rick Ellis posting about the weather which is an important issue this time of year. After awhile this is what Arizona Mike resorts to. I have found that you really can not logically discuss issues rationally with Arizona Mike.

In a recent Los Angeles Times article addressing verbal threats "During the weeklong trial, which ended Thursday, the central issue was not whether Robles made threatening statements, but whether the statements had frightened the recipients, and therefore amounted to a crime."

So, that is the question.
