Hi Jim, sorry to let you know that the Deep Creek area is still closed. I have also witnessed a helicopter patrolling the Bowen Ranch parking area as well as the hot springs on one occasion during the week. Anyone who choses to go there should be aware that the USFS will issue citations to people found violating their closures. At this time all BLM areas are still open as far as I know. Try Saline valley or other hotsprings in the hoover dam area. Happy trails.
