Ron: You have always maintained your neutrality including your last post. However, I disagree with you that there is no difference between my allegations and the allegations made by certain people about Jobe.

There is a big difference in that I have displayed evidence to substantiate my statements and have gone to the appropriate authorities. They have not.

Frankie is extremely close to 18 years old by now and therefore is able to assume responsibility for her statements. Her false statement was made to further support allegations against Jobe. These statements could result in physical harm and even the threat of death to another human being. She is old enough to know that these type of allegations are serious and could result in serious harm to Jobe. She cursed at Jobe and DCHS, Inc.

If there is any real evidence to substantiate these allegations, why haven't the victims gone to the appropriate authorities. Mike Castro appears to have an open door to the Sheriff's Department and has brought charges against many individuals in the past. Why doesn't he do so now if he has any actual evidence and real victims? Instead the unsubstantiated allegations have been made on the internet and Jobe has been convicted. Jobe has already suffered a threat of death by the shooting out of the windows in his vehicle. What if Jobe and his son were sleeping in the vehicle? This was a message and the message was life threatening.

I maintained my cool for quite awhile about this. However, when these individuals started attempting to reflect these unsubstantiated allegations upon DCHS, Inc. that I felt that I had to defend DCHS, Inc and Jobe who is innocent until proven guilty, right?

I respect the opinions of others, however, when people demonstrate their alliance clearly by stepping over the line by putting words in my mouth or making false allegations, I will recognize their alliance. I know that Mike Castro has fooled many innocent people and do not hold this against them.
