I heard from Habitat for Humanity who advised me that they have a four year waiting list. I encouraged them to contact a nonprofit funding foundation for assistance in raising funds so that they could better help the community.
I heard that the Grams were able to receiving financing, donated materials, assistance with construction, and even assistance from County Supervisor Bill Postmus in the waiving of permit fees.
I hope that the Grams will be back at home soon.
