Since my computer died,I have been spending time at a library with an extensive legal section.It seems that Gail could file and argue her case in court without spending 30,000 green frogskins.All it takes is a filing fee,some properly filled out documents,and a knowlege of the law in California.So,why hasnt this been done???The statute of limitations does apply and the clock is ticking......What is she waiting for?She states there is evidence and witnesses so why the delay?Gail certainly is well aquainted with the law and legal process.Many convicted criminals have successfuly appealed their convictions from behind bars and gained an early release without a lawyer representing them.If there is substancial evidence it should be brought to court.Its time to either prove these allegations or end the rant.This is my opinion on the subject and is independent of any other individuals view.I am a supporter of free discussion of issues in a respectful way.Thanks to webmaster rick for providing this forum that is truly entertaining at times.
