I never said that I was taking you, Sycamore Laughing, to court. Maybe you should read what I said better. Jobe could possibly take you to court if he wanted. The other reference was to possible criminal court if these statements were determined to be a crime. That would not be up to me.
I did not say that you were having conspiratorial meetings either. I said that if several individuals had planned to make false statements on the internet about a private individual, that could be interpreted as a conspiracy to commit a crime.
Concerning the Bowen Ranch House timing, I would conservatively estimate in the next 6 months there will be court action. How many of you have a spare $30,000. needed for a lawsuit? I bet not too many have this type of money to spare. That does not mean that DCHS, Inc. does not have a case or that we will never be able to accomplish our goals. We have just taken longer than we anticipated to get there.
