Unfortunatly,our government is busy spending Billions waging war and all that so the $ has to come from somewhere.I aggree that low income people suffer.Perhaps the disabled and elderly should be exempt.USFS budget is stressed by fire supression.Perhaps the timber companies could actually PAY fair market value for the billions of board feet in timber removed from public lands every year.Thanks for your input eastbay
