Thanks very much for your response. The reason I am interested in this issue is that the "Bluesky" I'm referring to seems to be something of a full-time Internet gadfly. Bluesky logs onto various online forums under multiple login names, and typically rants until thrown off the board by the BBS administrator for threats and/or profanity.

Obviously, the forum communities end up somewhat disgusted, and trying to figure out what would cause a person to form such an agenda. A story circulated that Bluesky owned property that was adjacent to BLM land, and that s/he was upset about off-roaders on the BLM land straying onto his/her property. Bluesky called the authorities, who came out to his/her place and ended up citing her for thousands of dollars in code violations.

This story is full of holes, but could be at least partly true. Anyway, someone on another forum started referring to Bluesky as "Katrina" and "Gail" and mentioned "Hot Springs." So I did some web research and came upon the DCHS pages. And ironically, the story I read about the "Raid" on Bowen Ranch, and resulting code violations, sort of fit the story that had circulated about Bluesky. The "[email protected]" e-mail address seemed like a heck of a coincidence! However, "our" Bluesky has mentioned having a wife, which led me to wonder if it's not someone else ASSOCIATED with Katrina, like the "William" guy whose name keep popping up.

Who knows if Katrina or someone she knows is really Bluesky. To the average person reading this, "who cares" may be a better question! But for those of us who are forced to listen to his/her propaganda routinely, it would be nice to understand what motivates someone like that.
