You guys have lost your minds. How many times do I need to tell you that I have not posted as Blusky00 since the old website had this as its email address. I have never posted as Bluesky.
In addition, I have not one word on this website that is against reasonable public access which includes OHV use.
Sycamore laughing said that I was jumping down over the toad. My stance is reasonable protection for endangered species, if indeed they are endangered, if the species is really there and the habitat is suitable. No fuzzy science.
Deep Creek is not suitable habitat for the endangered toad. The toad like terraced landscapes (the streambed gradient is too steep), still pools that eventually evaporate, toads like slow moving streams (Deep Creek has a steady current) and Deep Creek is a wild trout stream which are the predator of the toad.
DCHS, Inc. purchased the Bowen Ranch Buildings and rights to use the related land for $1,500.00. from the true owner. Mike Castro bought the "Apple Valley Ranch" from Fred Moss and it specifically excluded the buildings on the deed. The Apple Valley Ranch shows as vacant land on the tax records.
Again, I have not posted as Bluesky.
