Today while atteding the Deep creek volunteers metting, we had disscussions about boundries. Boundries are like laws, if on side you are legal or in bounds, if on another you are illeagle or out of bounds. This is why it is important to have boundries and or laws. So one may know upon which side one stands. If someone steps across a boundry one may be tresspassing. However, if someoone removes the boundry how should one know if the law is broken ? The person who ever removed the USGS marker broke another law. Acording to Arizona Mike I was tresspassing because Mike Castro said so. However, I did not go upon Bowen ranch. As I now clearly know where the boundry or the law is. And attempted to show him and naked man this boundry, much to their dismay. After more study of the plot map and ariel photos of Bowen ranch. I now understand that Mr. Castro's property line or tresspass law is more than 100 feet east of the USGS marker that has been removed. Therefore Mr. Castro has broken Gods law. "You shall not lie." God also placed a curse upon any one who removes an boundry marker. It will be interesting to me to see how God's curse plays out. Another example of the importance of boundries follows; While parking at the JF 3 trail head I was faced with a delima. My forest adventure pass was expired. So being the law abiding citizen I try to be. I parked on the BLM side of the forest marker. BLM does not require a forest pass.Upon returning to my car I noticed a ticket given by the forest ranger. So here I am on BLM land getting a ticket 4 parking in the national forest. I look forward to this interesting challeng. After observing the tracks around my car. I noticed Mr. Castro's motor cylcle tracks making a circle around the rear of my car. Followed by a rangers tracks. Now I can fogive this ranger 4 not knowing the boundries, even when the boundry is directly behind my car or south. But 4 Mike there is no forgiveness. He is not that stupid. He may pretend to not know, but that does mean the boundry is not there. And it is the same with God. YOU can pretend He is not there but that does not mean He is not. And is not He the supreme law giver? So in conclusion. If some one ask you to not go on their property. To go upon that property is to tresspass. I understand this. How ever to go next door is not tresspassing. Now does every one else understand the importance of knowing the law or boundries? I know where the Bowen ranch Boundries are. Mr. Castro may choose to ignore them, but that does not mean they aren't there. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse to break them either. He may fool some of the people some time but he cane not fool all the people all the time. Peace comes to all that fear God. fearing. people.
