If anyone is interested in where the USGS Boundary is you can go to the boundary marker underneath a juniper tree just before the gate on the left-hand side of the road as you are going south away from the Bowen Ranch. I have seen this boundary marker myself a year ago, I will soon hike back up there to assure that it hasn't been dug up by land owners.
The only two boundary markers left that I know of is the one on the southwest corner and the other one in the center of the property. The other boundary markers are missing.
