Please look at Mike Castro's Deed, especially the legal description. Notice that the buildings are exempted from the property being transferred to Mike Castro. Why would Fred Moss put this clearly on the deed?

If Fred Moss owned the buildings, they would have been included in the property being transferred to Mike Castro? This means that Fred Moss did not transfer the Bowen Ranch Buildings to Mike Castro; what right or authority does Mike Castro use to claim ownership of the buildings?

So who is squatting?

Based on the paper title proffered by Michael Luca Castro, Mike Castro has no ownership document to the Bowen Ranch Buildings. Fred Moss owned and transferred by deed, the Apple Valley Ranch, Fred Moss excepted (did not include) the Bowen Ranch Buildings.
