Naked Man, I have never personally explored information about what constitutes a toll road. Whether Mikes parking area on the southern end is in private property or on his land, I don't know. Is Mike Castro's operation of taking money done in a strictly legal way either, for example does he properly report the income and pay taxes on it, I don't know. Certain people may choose to make changes up there by challenging Mike Castro on these issues in a court of law, apart from that, there will remain, alot of disagreement over these things. I access DCHS by other routes and want to focus my energy and time on other issues related to the springs specifically. Also addressing the nonsense written by others in various post here at the forum is a favorite pastime that lately has taken some more of my time :-) Each of us has a right to express our take on things on an open forum like this. Now you get a guy like Don who makes a threat by his words " you better " in the recent post done by Kary and thinks he will muzzle me, well Don, that ain't gonna happen. It appears Don that in your book, might makes right. Don you may intend on perpetrating some sort of criminal act and think your are right in doing so because of some point of veiw I express here. You will prove nothing to anyone who is sensible and those are the folks that matter to me.
