No, Wizard, I do not take it personally when my questions go unanswered. In fact, sometimes the lack of an answer really is one. But, I never said that Katrina was jumping up and down; I said that I did not think we should be doing so.
As for the toad, if you want to be hypothetical then ask yourself what YOU would do "if." The toad is real and is an endangered species. I've seen Katrina express alarm over that fact, and provide addresses for people to contact their representatives just in case the springs might be affected by the status of the toad. That is unwanted attention over a hypothetical situation in my opinion. My point in bringing it up, however, was not to point any accusing finger at Katrina. I'm not even concerned with her intentions and don't care why you often answer for her. (she is quite articulate, in fact, and probably could answer for herself any time she chose to do so, but it doesn't bother me that you stick up for her side of things.)
My point in bringing it up is clarity on what we mean when we say we are about preserving the springs, and whether it is the preservation of the springs that we care most about or the preservation of the public's right to access. That also needs to be further defined, in my opinion, and I am sure that it will be in this and future discussions. Peace:-)
