Wiz,I believe that Gail and my friend met at a public meeting recently.From what I have heard ,Gail has earned her reputation and isnt taken too seriously...but,our efforts to maintain a quiet peaceful place to enjoy are being undermined by her crusades.That is my opinion.A quiet and rational approach is more convincing.And,nobody has even mentioned closing Deep Creek to recreational use.The PCT runs the length of the canyon and its in the USFS best intrest to keep it open.I like the old saying"Out of sight,out of mind."Peace everyone and stay cool
