Sycamore, Brad Burns specifically asked that we remove the comment in the handout stating that there are no laws against nudity in the National Forest land. He said there are, I don't know the laws on that issue but that is the point Brad made and it will have to be addressed with him. The fact is the Sheriffs, BLM and the CPS are in a postition to enforce the state laws against nudity at DCHS and its surrounding Forest Service area. If you doubt this call the agencies I have discussed yourself. A brief paragraph describing these policy overlaps is not an expression of our " incredible store of knowledge " but rather briefly points out that there are agencies that could affect a nude person in these areas. If you explore the internet on whatever search engine I'm sure you can find many sites which discuss DCHS, directions, pictures etc. My point is that Katrina's and Rick's websites are connected by links which is common practice on most websites. This does not make them the same website. I don't get how you could describe Ron's draft as a " desperate advertisment ". Where you get that from I have no idea. My suggestion that we decide things democratically just expresses that we would be using all of our imput to make decisions. Just like we are doing with the choosing of a name. You say we make decisions by consensus seeking, whats the differance, just asking. Brad is obviously ok with us handing out our brochure at the springs. I think it is his beleif that it would be better to try and educate the public through this method than to not do this because there might be a few handouts left behind.
