Sometimes I share your opinion sometimes I don't. I know Wiz's dogs and they are great, well-behaved dogs. You can thank the owner(s) for their great behavior or their awful behavior. (Good job Wiz!)
One day at the springs, we saw two un-managed dogs go over to some people's things and just chow down. When the owner finally realized what the dogs were doing he ran them away from the spot. He knew who's stuff they had been in (we saw them chatting at that very spot earlier in the day) but since the people had not seen what happened, he didn't even bother to tell them. They were really surprised when they got back to their stuff!
For one thing, you can't leave food out and expect it not to be bothered by animals.
The other thing is to blame the owners for the dogs' bad behavior!
