Wiz, I am definitely interested in the BLM policy regarding nudity. At times we have parked at the Bowen Ranch and I usually hike back to our car top-less.
According to the codes I posted, that would be a violation if the BLM doesn't have a policy which allows it. I have never run into any BLM rangers on the BLM land. I have seen USFS rangers on the trail in the forest and they have never given us any trouble for nudity (they didn't even seem to notice).
Will you be at the springs this weekend? We are going Saturday ... hope to see you, the muchkins and Dorothy if possible.
