Katrina, In talking to the Sheriffs, CPS, BLM and the Fish and Game dept I was gathering basic information about thier public nudity policy and was not seeking to find some solution, through them, to make DCHS and the Forest Service areas safe for people who choose to go unclothed. It appears that the only way that a " safe zone " could be created at DCHS and some area around it would be to work with the Forest Service or what other organization that could make it possible for a specific area to be an official clothing optional area. I have found out what I need to from these other organizations. I am waiting on a call from Tim Reed at the BLM about what thier policy is on public nudity and what is thier enforcement procedure. I think the BLM's policy is important to know since people might under some circumstances find themselves in BLM lands while nude and I'd like to know what thier policy is for my own information and so that I can provide this information to others.
