Wizard, thank you too for all the followup information in your discussions with Brad Burns. Sounds like nudity is OK on USFS land. The segment from the flyer that Katrina posted says that nudity is prohibited only within a quarter mile of the T-6 crossing.
REgarding San Onofre, since it is a State Park, the Cahill Policy still applies. However, there is a widely known and highly regarded boundary at the south of the park. Basically, everything south of Beach Trail 6 is clothing optional. As I 've mentioned before, Camp Pendleton Marine Base northern boundary is the same as the San Onofre Beach southern boundary. Many people are nude on the CAmp Pendleton beach as well. The Marines are very tolerant and only make people move north when they have training exercises (not that often). The environment at San Onofre is very family-oriented, like Blacks. I've seen several nudist families romping there this summer without any hassles.
