Does any one know if a place that is " designated " as clothing optional ( like Blacks Beach ) is truly a bullet proof protection for a family to visit if the parents or children choose to go without clothing or can the long arm of agency policy reach into these areas also. I would apprecite any info on this. Paul P. may be one who would have this kind of info since he seems well traveled to clothing optional environments.
