AZ, You need to get your information straight. First of all I already mentioned that the people that confronted me where sheriffs involved with the search and rescue for the sheriffs dept. They are sheriffs. Got it now AZ. You are also in error about this quarter mile rule. I just got off the phone with Brad Burns and the quarter mile rule he discusses " only " applies to the T-6 crossing which is far upstream where hook creek road meets Deep Creek which is east of Arrowhead lake. I asked Brad if this rule applied to " anything " else and he said there is no such rule. By there policy you are allowed to hike nude in " all " the Forest Service lands except where it is specifically disallowed. That includes structures, roads etc. So get your information straight before you go implying that I did anything wrong. Brad Burns said he has never heard of the Sheriffs dept doing something like what happened to me in the DCHS area. He told me just this morning that I should feel safe hiking nude with my children at and around Deep Creek and at DCHS. I complied completly with the recomendation of how to behave with any objectors by putting my cloths on without complaint. Your words " hiking out butt naked with the Munchkins ", what, do you have a problem with me hiking nude with my children?
