AZ, These search and rescue people were specifically upset about the issue of me being naked in front of my minor children. The threat of arrest was due to that only. They never discussed whether I had broken any rules about not dressing before I had reached a road. It seemed to me that the people in this group that seemed most upset may not have been familiar with the USFS policy for that area. You would think they would be since they are involved with rescues at DCHS itself.
