In reference to that last minute additions I would suggest that if they reach the 5% minimum by the end of this round they continue in contention, otherwise they are out or this process will never end.

Although we know that we are about Deep Creek, outsiders may not. I feel that Hot Spring Alliance may be thought of an Alliance of groups from different springs. I also feel Hot Springs should be in the name for the reasons expressed by Wizard in the First Round. But that is just my opinion and here majority rules.

Therefore my current three choices are:

1st - Deep Creek Hot Springs Volunteers
2nd - Deep Creek Hot Springs Alliance
3rd - Deep Creek Volunteers
