I agree cohesiveness is important, but there would be no point in us taking the time for everyone to agree if the springs were closed or destroyed in the mean time. We used to have a sign in our office that read something like "Sometime a half baked solution in time is better than the perfect solution too late".
We also need to consider that there are many hotspringers that do not participate on this forum that could be informed of regular meetings at the spings. I have seen that when we have met there other people have shown interest. One we have an established brochure we can use it as an invitation card to our meetings.
It is also clearer how much more progress we make when we meet in person instead of over the forum, however we obviously are not always available. I endorse Mike's suggestion of meeting sooner. I don't think I will be available the last weekend of July, but probably could the first weekend of August.
I also think that the process suggested by Wizard makes sense and we can continue to fine tune it once it is in use. I agree that we need to run it pass Ranger Brad first.
