I have been going over the names and they do sound a little long and a wee bit too political for me.

To keep it simple how about U.S. ( united soakers ) It is short and defines what we are, united in soaking. A united group of people to help preserve the springs and creek and to help reduce the impact to the area from increased use due to easier access. ( but this is only my humble idea )

As for the outhouse I don't think that would be good at all. Maybe signs on or attached to the ones there, saying please take your toilet business away from the springs to avoid pollution. The signs could be in English and Spanish and would indicate the sandy canyon to the north east about 100 yds. away. ( good idea but will it work?)

But now for my votes.

2: Deep Creek volunteers
3: Deep Creek Hot Springs Conservancy ( could be shortened to DCC by taking out Hot Springs)

Had a great time there this last weekend and had a happy B-day with my friends. Glad to have finally put faces on the people whose posts I have been reading. Hope to see you again and meet the rest of you later.
