I don't think the Forest Service is going to put a outhouse down at deep creek. First off there is probably not enough soil in one place (before you hit rock) to have the hole type. Second the kind that must be pumped out would never work, how are you going to get the pumper down there. It is a nice idea but education and a few extra shovels lying around are the most practicle ideas.
