Re: 2nd. Meeting for New Group

I will try and make it. I think pauls suggestions would make things easier for meeting for the group. The people who can make it can discuss current issues. As far as the meeting place, I find that doing the meetings at the springs works best for me. I thinks it is fitting and helpful to have the meeting at DCHS, which is the focus of our discussion. This allows people to come on thier own schedules, especially if the meeting time is as it has been around 1 PM. Also it gives us an opportunity to have other interested springers to be involved rather easily if we let them know were going to have a discussion about how to help DCHS. The regulars could go arround and mention to the other springers about the meeting a little while before it happens. This to me would be a good way for us to connect with other interested parties. Just an idea.
