The proposed wilderness areas are tracts of land that border the Big Horn wilderness between Landers and Big Bear.The other borders the San Gregornio wilderness.Deep Creek is up for Wild River status on the Senate bill.This house bill is pretty much a mirror image.As a Sierra Club member,I support these bills and please note who the opposition is in the news article.Do we need more strip mines and off road vehicle areas?You decide and contact your representative in the Senate and Congress.
