To point out two of your postings yesterday,
first at 21:41 " could any of you actually disprove what Katrina proposes"
Second at 22:41 "A bad idea to call something slander when you have no way to conclusively disprove whats being suggested"
Now that sounds like the person being accused has to prove it wrong. But, in fact the accuser has to prove it or face possible criminal prosecution. If it can not be proven, the person being accused may counter sue.
It is also the responceability of the accuser to take the case to court.
Accusations can be made, but unless it goes to court there is no case.
Now Wizard ,I'm not trying to be a lawyer, but that is the way it reads to me.
