I took a drive yesterday, and saw that Bowen Ranch Road is open to the public, as are the Forest Service roads leading to the Freedom Trail parking area. The fire last Tuesday/Wednesday appears to have it's origin right at the eastern edge of the "Village" about 3 miles east of the Bowen Ranch. It did pass thru the Rock Springs Ranch, but I didn't notice any damage to structures.
