It is illegall to change or alter nature. So what you are asking is for someone to admit to a federal crime. Not a good move.
Have you been to Miracle or Remmington hot springs lately? The feds destroyed one of those pools for that reason. Also they were out of control. I hope DCHS does not have the same happen as there.
There have been a group of regulers who have been visiting for decades who used to haul out trash and remove graffetti. The crowds have made most to shy away over the last few years. The new campground called Deep creek hot springs campground has taken up some of the slack. But it is a daunting task at times.Good luck and try to be KOOL!
