I was also down at DCHS on Monday with my two munchkins. Near sunset I had pretty much gotten myself and the kids ready to go and a ranger and a sheriff arrived and walked by me on toward the grass area around the pools. There were a bunch of people there around the trees. Since I was ready to go I went ahead and began my hike out. I didn't stay to see what went on. I talked to another regular today and he said Mike Castro was down there at the same time on Monday too. He said Mike was up on the PCT while these rangers were on the rocks. I guess they were there to tell people to leave at sunset?
