The last 3 miles of the road to bradford trail is not plowed and looks like 8 inches will fall in Twin Peaks today with a lot more coming on Weds/Thurs. Prob will have a chain control coming up the mountain or at the top at least. Better have a good vehicle to get across otherwise you could try hiking the PCT from the Mojave Forks Dam.
