Yea Paul, you got it right. I also meant to mention the Road grader dude was out grading the Bowen ranch road. It is much less bumpy. Most persons here may not have noticed. I noticed because I need new shock absorbers because I have gone to the freedom trailhead too many times. I also enjoy the nice attitude of the D.C.H.S. campground host. Also the picnic tables, showers, toilets, trash-free environment and Juniper tree shade. The new campground is awesome!
